Subscription Plan Cancellations

On mobile web or desktop, Month-to-Month Subscriptions (without term commitment) can be canceled at any time in yourAccountwhen clicking the Manage Subscriptions heading. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.


All multi-month 3, 6 or 12-Month Subscription Plans (with term commitment) cannot be canceled mid-term.You are able to opt-out of auto-renewal within your Account or by reaching out to support@z3ncostumebox1.zendesk.com.

ZenWork Subscription Plans cannot be paused and monthly boxes cannot be skipped at this time.

ZenWork are nonrefundable and are ineligible for returns.
