Box Shipping

When will my box ship?

Your box will ship as soon as you pick your samples (or let us build a box for you!) during your assigned Box Customization period. From there, your box should arrive within 5-10 business days.  If you do not pick customized samples, then your box will ship on the last day of your one-week customization window.  

How is my box delivered?

We offer various shipping methods for our ZenWork orders.  We currently ship via standard delivery, 2-day delivery and next-day delivery for most* items (*Hazmat items are only able to ship via standard delivery).  Membership boxes will always ship via standard delivery, and most orders are delivered directly to customer's mailbox vs. doorstep.
