Auto-renewal reminders are sent to subscribers with 3, 6, and 12-month beauty subscriptions 30 days before it is set to renew. If the subscription is not opted out, it will automatically renew and cannot be canceled mid-term.
All renewal reminders are sent to the email address associated with your ZenWork subscription and the subject line is:ZenWork Beauty Subscription Renewal Notice.
You can manage your subscription options, automatic renewal, and billing details in your Account Settings.
